Online RMA request

To return a product or to register a defective Syslogic product for analysis or repair, please proceed as follows:

By using the RMA request you confirm to understand and accept the terms and conditions .

Please allow two work days for your request to be processed. Syslogic will get back to you with following information:

Return Authorization
  • An RMA number (which serves as your reference number)
  • Further instructions regarding shipping including delivery adress
Shipment
  • The defective product must be packed according to packaging regulations. Please ensure that you use the original packaging if possible. It should be noted that the product packaging is not transport packaging. Therefore, always use additional, stable outer packaging with bubble wrap (or similar) for shipping.
  • Only send the defective device including the necessary accessories. Enclose everything well labeled with the delivery and note the individual components on the delivery documents.
  • The RMA number must be clearly visible on the packaging or delivery bill.
  • Important: Syslogic does not accept returns directly to any of its locations without an RMA.

Failure occurence *

Analysis: By selecting “Analysis,” you authorize analysis charges of up to USD 250. If the expected costs exceed this amount, we will contact you for approval before proceeding.

Repair: By selecting “Repair,” you authorize repair costs of up to 50% of the current replacement value. A repair quotation will only be provided if the expected repair costs exceed this amount, and no work will be carried out without your approval.
