Online RMA request (Return Material Authorization)

To register a defective Syslogic product for analysis or repair, please proceed as follows:

Fill in the RMA request (Return Material Authorization)

 

  1. Click on the RMA online request form link.
  2. Provide your details as requested.
  3. Quote the model (type) and serial number of the Syslogic product to be returned.
  4. Specify the defect in detail - preferably in English or German.
  5. Choose your preferred service (Return for Repair or Return for Exchange).
  6. By using the RMA request the user confirms to understand and accept the terms and conditions of the Service Policy.

Return Authorization

Please allow two work days for your request to be processed. Syslogic will get back to you with following information:

  • An RMA number (which serves as your reference number)
  • The problem description

Shipment

  • The defective product must be packed according to industry standard ESD requirements.
  • Please only return the defective item(s) (no accessories like cables, adapters, 3rd party products).
  • The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box.
  • Syslogic arranges the parcel pickup. If this is not possible, please note that in the RMA form. You will get then the delivery address to return the product by yourself.

Service

Following reception of the defective item(s) Syslogic will conduct a complete failure analysis within 30 days.

Important: Syslogic will not accept any direct return consignments to a subsidiary.
