Customer Requests

Already at the first customer contact we attach importance to reputable consulting. The sales and the technology department are working hand in hand. So we can ensure that our customers get in the end exactly what they need.


Sample Device
We develop and fabricate our own products in Europe. This know-how coupled with our wide range of standard product makes us independent and agile. We produce a sample device, based on a standard product within two weeks according to customer requirements which correspond to 80% of the series maturity phase.


Testing Phase
We deliver the sample device with all ordered features to our customer. The sample device will be tested by the customer. There is a constant communication between customer and our technology department because of that exchange all results of testing flow immediately into the manufacturing data for the mass production.


Production Data
Fine adjustments as well as any changes are made based on the results of the testing phase. Afterwards all production data will be prepared for the mass production. 


Initial Production
With our modern machinery we fabricate the first series from 20 to 50 pieces. Regardless how the devices are configured, our industrial computers and touch panel systems are characterized by their uncompromising industrial design. This includes the lack of moving part and also the construction of extended temperature range.
